We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within. At BEE WAXING SPA, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. Due to the nature of waxing services, we have the following refund policy: Services. All waxing services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are unhappy with the result, please notify us before leaving the spa or within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary correction or touch-up if the concern is due to our service. All product sales are final.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the same day as the appointment will incur a 100% service fee. No-shows will also be charged the full cost of the service.
Clients are encouraged to arrive within five minutes of their scheduled appointment time to avoid disruptions to their service.
